On April 16 to April 18 2022, Florence Allbaugh proudly attended the Rotary District 7690 Conference in Asheville, North Carolina. This was a great opportunity to showcase the amazing partnership between Rotary and Florence Nightingale Global Health.
"We raffled off a beautiful orchid arrangement donated by one of our amazing volunteers, Karen McEverett. The funds (US$200) from this generous gift will be put towards our clinic in August 2022, as part of our Medical Mission to the Philippines.
Lea Rose Allbaugh crafted informative brochures that were proudly displayed at the conference. While Caroline Marolda provided her latest issue of our newsletter 'The Herald'.
This was a great team effort that enabled us to get the word out to the thousands of Rotarians who visited our table.
We are especially thankful to Rotary International and The Rotary Foundation for approving our Heart2Heart Rotary Global Grant that will ensure 100 children will receive life saving heart surgeries.
